CloudStore (“the Service”) is provided by Kumara Swamy Technologies, trading as KSTechX (“we”). It helps you upload, organise and manage files that are stored in your own cloud storage account. We do not host your files.
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for keeping it secure. You must be able to lawfully use the cloud accounts you connect. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
You own your files. You grant us permission only to perform the actions you request (upload, list, move, rename, delete) in your connected cloud accounts. Do not upload content that is illegal or that you have no right to store.
The free plan tracks up to 1 GB of uploads through the Service. Paid plans, when offered, are billed in Indian Rupees and can be cancelled at any time; your files remain in your cloud regardless of plan status.
The Service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and correct but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not responsible for actions of third-party cloud providers. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months.
